Bill Chaires is experienced and has practiced law for 25 years, including such cases as a Class Action on behalf of Maryland residents against United Parcel Service which resulted in a national recovery in the amount of $36 million dollars as reported in the Wall Street Journal. Bill has been chosen by national educational organizations including the National Business Institute and Lorman Educational Services to lecture lawyers, bankers, real estate brokers and other professionals on matters involving law, real estate, contracts and other legal and business matters, and was the keynote speaker on legal matters at the Annual Meeting of the Members and Board of Directors of the Maryland Retailers Association. This conference was attended by representatives of many of the largest businesses in Maryland including Giant Foods, Safeway, Direct Energy, and many others.
